50/50 power sharing between south and north

Postby sahal80 » Sat Nov 17, 2012 12:17 pm

There is a difference between conspiracy the theory and conspiracy the facts.
I was looking at a place full of the ex candidates pics, more than 20 and one man was missing in there, its hassan sheekh! Why the opposite is happening? That means the existance of great conspirators that are making the decisions for somalia and are forcing us to change for them just like in the north africa and the middle. Maybe you like the opposite not to happen but they won't tolerate your excesses.
We have seen the 10 ministers, this is a plan of making the south to be a smaller and the missing 10 will be from the north but the ministries will be exchanged and no one group will have the the most important of them. The parliament and the cabinet will be located in a two different regions. The pm and the president posisions will be exchangeable.
Having seen the negative way he portrayed the somali union of the 60s, the somali president was talking about the new power sharing formula also the new foreing minister shows the things having been made ready and is effectively contributing to this direction.

I think once this 4.5 bullshit is gone, we need to have a census and regions to be represented based on their population. Count the people every 10 years and distribute representation based on who gained population and who lost it.

There will be no 10 ministers from the north and there will be no
power sharing ee ciyaarta iska dhaaf and focus on your problems.

besides a 50/50 deal would be unfair on the Southerners; by most estimates the North
is home to a 1/3 of the population.

And most people in the north could not care less about power sharing. :stylin:
independece and nothing less

What is funny here? All I meant was I understand now why daraawishta was not included in the cabinet wich is them being part of the missing ministers.
