I am putting a proposal to resettle 10,000 Sacad in Jubbonyinka around Buale, Jilib, Badhadhe, and Ras Kiamboni. Our Mudug is drying up and we need more fertile areas in Somalia to settle. As the population density is low in Jubboyinka and as we are family, we want Beesha OG to help facilitate our emigration south.

Another quick question, is there a subclan called Sacad (not my Sacad) among the Ogaden ? I am told they live with the Makahiil.
