Call the Butterball Hotline ! Excellent tips ! Next time defrost it better or get fresh turkey (not frozen). Let it thaw well, marinate with spices/salt/lemon juices for a few hours, throw into oven for 3.5 hrs @ 400F and check on it in the interim, add some butter on the turkey to give it a nice glaze and enjoy saxiib.
