besides as an isaaq somalilander, i dont wish 4 problems amongst my fellow somali muslims regardless of clan or deegaan/qaran whatever so i would propose letting somaliland be recognised (by colonial borders) by the somali federal govt and other countries as well as gain a seat at the un. in return, east sanaag, most of sool and cayn (basically harti only land) would be jointly run by somaliland/puntland/khaatumo for two years until there is a referendum to determine whether ssc becomes part of somaliland or somalia
a clever idea or what?

You don't understand. By having Somaliland militia stationed in Non-Isaaq deegans is a below to those Anti-Isaaq clans. They will tell the International Community that so and so towns, villages and tribes voted and we have their votes. They will pay "Dhabadhilifs" to speak on behalf of his own tribe and tell the International Community that they support Somaliland. It's all politics and expanding territorial settlement like the Jews against the Palestinians.I just wanted to ask someone i saw on the news, PL said SL was trying to force PLers to take part in their voting how is that possible? do they think they will hold a gun to their head and take them to the polling station

You cant call for war just because you think given the choice they might be pro SL.I like to reason with people that can reason and be logical. You are a Isaaq and in return want to speak on behalf of all Non-Isaaq. As a Harti, we say, let there be a Somaliland, consisting of Isaaq only. We could careless if you add Samaroon or not. But, the point is, as a Isaaq, like you said, you are not Harti nor do you have any right to claim Harti deegans. If you understand that part, then the next part you need to understand is, the mere presence of Isaaq militia in Harti deegans will only bring bloodshed, a bloodshed you will be responsible for, both in this world and in Akhira.
