I watched the video and these are all Somali's. They don't need help. I used to live off of Morse Rd and shopped at Kroger at Karl and Morse. I went in one day and there was a group of Somali women with one english speaking woman. She was teaching them how to shop at the grocery store. They pulled out huge and I mean HUGE wads of cash at the checkout counter and the woman said "Oh no, we don't use that here. We use this" and she pulled out one of those green foodstamp cards.
