i usually fail to see the point of bodybuilding apart from for competitive lifting etc. it's usually dudes overcompensating for something.
I do agree with that unless your entering a strong man competition and make a living of it , I see no point in being that ridiculously big plus most of these guys use steroids. My target was to be physically a beast naturally at my natural body weight and I am personally not interested in putting on more muscle weight I am happy the way I am now.

Barring the steroid users, weight lifting is generally a healthy lifestyle. A lot of the natural bodybuilders eat food rich in nutrition such as Vegetables, fruit, meat. Nothing wrong with trying to lose weight or gain weight, it's a good thing.

no I know. I was referring to bodybuilding where people often don't do it for health benefits.

For sure bro. condition is the best way to get in shape. A lot of these big muscular guys you see at the gym have poor condition honestly you can get great results and have a ripped body by doing lots of cardiovascular exercises and using a pull up bar obviously doing sets of chin ups pull ups. this youtube sensation called haniball king this guy uses a pull up bar in some random park and puts work in he doesn't even go to the gym and he is a beast!

True it depends obviously on how hard you train and how much you eat. Body builders eat at least 8 portion meals through out the whole day me personally I eat every day to eat 5 small meals through out the whole day sometimes due uni and work its hard but I do avoid sugar and junk food my diet is overall good.
