I blend in pretty well. Only when I speak, is an easy give-away.How can you be bored in Somalia? everything must be interesting. After so many years in the west, Everything must come as a surprise and adventure to you. The culture, the people, the women and how men are lions over there. No one actually knows where you came from. Don't believe you are different from other somalis. Just wear normal clothes and just go out. No one would care where you came from and don't tell anyone. Don't look rich. Take the bus and talk to the people. Tell them you are from Cadaado.

Praying beneath a tree? Umm okay, I will add this on to my bucket list of stuff to do which isn't actually all that long.Caw/Sali intaad qaadatid geed hoostii iska jiifso and just chillax-garee~ Tusbaxna qaado aad ku tasbiixsato. Caagad biyo ahna is ag dhig haddaad doontid.
That's what I used to when I'm bored, anyway...except in barandhadayada of course. ._.

I've seen lots of elder guys do that with shah and the whole nine yards though.

But praying under a tree doesn't sound like a bad idea. Do that.

You r in Garowe and you have not heard any shots yet? Now I know for certain that you are nowhere near Somalia, let alone Garowe..@ BlackRain, What is the PIS?
This place is safe. I don't hear gunshots. I thought that was what I was supposed to hear. Someone fed me lies.

By the way what does "barandhayada" mean?

Why are you in a cramped hotel room by yourself? I'd be with family right now.
