You are joking right? Have you even been on the website he has linked to?... full-on promotes Christianity in AF-SOOMAALI. It is called SOMALIS FOR JESUS how can you miss the point of the website :mindblown:

and then his comment:
Soomaali Masiixiyiin ah oo badan ayaa jira ee halkan ka daalacda.

There are many Somali Christians. You can see them here:

you cannot kill him. you cannot be judge and jury and law enforcement at the same time.

even time of sahabah, they were brought and jailed close to masjid to hear quran, and give them time over and over until they change their mind.

killing wouldnt help any one in this time and age. years ago there was kuwaiti council in brazil. he converted to catholic. was big thing in the gulf. cause his wife was muslim and didnt agree his act, court divorced her and he lost his kids custody. as no custody to none moslim on muslim kids.

years after, he back to islam. so if they killed him, he may never got a chance to repent. give people chance, you never know what is going into their head.

walle working in the court, opened my eyes a lot. i will even consider to be a judge now.lol
Hyper, how do they judge taarikul salaat in qatar? I know shaaficiyiin say the open declared disbeliever is given three days to make towbah (correct me if im wrong).

they dont. unless he openly deny wojoob of salat. in that point he is mortad.

but many people just dont pray out of laziness and those no one judge them and under qatari law they are not breaking law.

The scholar Hyper dismisses these Half Shababis here and their call to behead people who have left the faith.

I agree. It is 2013 and some religionist Somalis are trying to censor us by insulting our intelligence. There are Somali Christians and I provided a link to prove it-period. In fact, aniga ayaaba ka mid ah xerta raacsan Sayid Ciise Masiix.

Bukhari (52:260) - "...The Prophet said, 'If somebody (a Muslim) discards his religion, kill him.' "

Bukhari (84:58) - "There was a fettered man beside Abu Muisa. Mu'adh asked, 'Who is this (man)?' Abu Muisa said, 'He was a Jew and became a Muslim and then reverted back to Judaism.' Then Abu Muisa requested Mu'adh to sit down but Mu'adh said, 'I will not sit down till he has been killed. This is the judgment of Allah and His Apostle (for such cases) and repeated it thrice.' Then Abu Musa ordered that the man be killed, and he was killed. Abu Musa added, 'Then we discussed the night prayers'"

That is for apostates.

That is not for apostasy, because if you read the following verses it clearly states that those non muslims were people who left Islam to commit treason against muslims. You are acting like the kuffar who post one verse to Prove something, but when you read the entire chapter it talks about something different.

There are plenty times where Prophet Muhammad(pbh) protected people who left Islam because they feared other muslims would kill them. Abdullah Ibn saad who became an idol worshiper was one and, there are few others also who left Islam and the prohet(pbh) protected.
