how is that promoting christanity?

dont insult others intelligent.
I agree. It is 2013 and some religionist Somalis are trying to censor us by insulting our intelligence. There are Somali Christians and I provided a link to prove it-period. In fact, aniga ayaaba ka mid ah xerta raacsan Sayid Ciise Masiix.
:wtf:

I dunno if you're trolling or not (trolls would go to any lengths e.g. see pinkys "I left islam" thread) but if you're not then...

Sheekh Hyper

A thread like this results when a lot of ignorant people
attempt to make statements on Islam.

Out of interest Hyper, what school of law do you have in Qatar
Is it Maliki?

Ok officially it's Hanafi even though most of the population isn't?
How does this work?

Say someone is Maliki and there's a difference with Hanafi
is that person judged according to maliki or Hanafi?

btw I'm aware the differences are small but for argument's
sake let us say there was a difference

lol no brother, only shia have their own fiq department. all suna need to come under official madhab. the differences arent much. every one can convert any madhab but law has to be one.

the royal family are hanafi.

just like kuwait's and UAE official madhab in maliki and majority are hanafi and some shafi'i. cause royal family out there are maliki.

but if you go to sharia university , you can choose to put in your sharia degree madhab you want. i choose to be tested all 4. i just have to pass all both a7kaam and compare them. little more work but in the end no much A7kaam differences.

abdulkareem, one of things i come cross is, when egyption who allow in their family courts, woman can put her conditions on the marriage certificate. this lady put on her marriage certificate , she can divorce her self if he married any wife. she came to court with his signature on it.

as is legal in egypt here is not. so she was told, if you want this to be clickable, go under egyptian court.lol

cause here , the only thing you can to put in marriage certificate is mahr amount.

lol cumar, you and i share love of harry potter.lol.

What law does egypt follow?

That thing about automatic divorce if a husband takes another wife
supposidely has precedent when one of the granddaughters of the prophet
did this I forgot her name although I can find it.

What madhabs allow you to add stuff to your marriage contract?

abdulkareem, is some aqwal from salaf, not official madhab, even though some hanabila scholars took that qool. but majority scholars disgarded it and limited in just one situation that not even that authorized in their opinion.

So no madhab allows it?
But some people outside the madhabs like some Salafis are; allow it?

hmm just little complicated, i guess.lol

the thing is, even in same madhab, some later scholars, just correct/ say there is stronger gool etc.

like ibn taimia, ibn qiyam, even though they are scholars of hanafia but they have different opinion on the madhab they follow in general.
