No, we are simply putting the touches on a Friendship Treaty with the Cumar Maxamud who are planning to go on the offensive against Faroole and the other Mjs. Sorry, last I checked Rer Puntland always advised you guys never the other way. But I got to hand it to Rer Puntland, they were able to basically run the entire central government under their puppets be it Ghedi or Sharif Ahmed. Sadly, it is the ProPuntland legacy of Sharif Ahmed who pandered so much to them on advise of his elders to regain the seat only to have his PM and Faroole turn on him. He did more for Puntland than even AY as President never could dream of doing.

The most unfortunate part is that Xasan Sheikh is being opposed by Puntland simply because he doesn't want to be a Sharif Ahmed, Ali Ghedi or Ali Mahdi. He is his own man and actually wants to make his own decisions instead of being summoned to Garowe and being given his marching orders. But again, I doubt you would support an independent thinker like Xasan Sheik but instead as expressed by your concern for PL, you belong to the type who live in awe of Rer Puntland and believe everything they say is the gospel truth.

It is all about you. Who allowed a ProPuntland measure that would effectively limit the number of Hawiye federal states ? Today, effectively, there will be only 1 Hawiye Majority State: Hiiraan joining Shabeele Dhexe. All thanks to your adeer Sharif La Soo Gamay. How will Rer Hiiraan form a state unless they join another region ? Secondly, it is the duty of the President to stand up for the national interest while a regional president only needs to stand up for his regional interests. Sharif Ahmed forgot about the vast majority and his only aim was to please Puntland at the expense of others.

I have my disagreements with some of Xasan SHeik's position but I respect him unlike the two bit pandering Sharif Ahmed, Cali Gedi. I will never understand the infatuation for Rer PL held by the likes of you.

Bring me a single Post or thread I have started about Puntland or reer Puntland unlike you who has devoted entire threads for them. they are of no concern or threat to me. Neither do I share a degaan with them unlike you, they also do not occupy a single Land of mine. As I said the only place me and Puntland will meet is every 4 years when that Mighy seat comes into play. Reer Hiiraan will form a state by splitting Hiiraan into 2 and since its the only Gobol that is intact from when the so called 18 regions were created than would say they have every right to do. Plus having a native son of theirs as the President also works in their favor.

So you are stating that the "two region" clause still stands but there can be an increased number of provinces. I don't believe that proposal will go through because Sharif Ahmed's creation of regions was dismissed and rolled back. So I doubt that Hassan Sheik can create new provinces out of thin air without facing a major fight. The two region model just like the 18 province model favors one group over the rest. Hassan Sheik will not expend political capital to further fragment the nation into smaller fiefdoms nor will Hiiraan be split.
