Fitness freaks

So i stumbled onto this clip about fitness,



The pull ups these guys can do are crazy :mindblown: I don't even consider myself a beginner in this type of excersize. I absolutely stink at it. I'll do three or four and feel knackered. Anybody here good at pull ups?

as long as I can do the wide pull ups and the bicep ones I'm good :whew:

I thought this topic was going to be about the impossible... Somali fitness freaks. Such beings are extreme rarities, reported incidences far below that of reported unicorn sightings. So my incredulous mindset gave way to hesitant curiousity... and it turned out not even to be about Somalis. Although I am relieved that my entire understanding of the universe has not been proven false by this thread, as it might have if there were indeed so many Somali fitness fanatics that snet had a thread about it, I am still disappointed I would not observe such an unexpected occasion of finding that all of those skinny faraxs and chubs (or skinny) xalimos overnight became gym monkeys.

This caliber of pull ups has been a long time trail and error to prefect it to this measure. Standard pull ups is my limit, this sort of nonsense, will lead to an injury. :lol:

this type of training is similar to what olympic gymnasts do

so dont start doing it on monkey bars you will hurt yourself
