I've had the above + sambab (lungs), beer (liver), kaliyo (kidney)...I can't eat some pretty strange stuff just for the heck of it yet there are more mundane things that I would never go for like crab legs

for coffee lovers... how about a cup of kopi luwak? this is a rare coffee and very pricey... but the beans are actually harvested from the droppings of an asian cat. this cat eats the ripest of coffee cherries but its stomach won't digest the bean..so it comes out with the poop..
