For arguments sake lets say Somalias prime minister said something like that and that the foreign minister of Somaliland or president Silaanyo himself chose to ask prime minister or the president of Somalia. Do you think they would reveal the real statement and confess?

Silaanyo only stated that if Somaliland was threatened military, we have enough manpower and weaponry to defend our nation. It was not a sign of aggression but rather stating facts and telling it like it is.
