People never get off for committing crimes while under the influence. The only time they receive a lesser sentence is when they drink so excessively that the amount of alcohol they consumed would kill a so-called heavy drinker.

You guys are underscoring the fact that the perpetrators were adolescents, and not very smart ones at that. Look past the crime and the victim, and focus on the future these kids will now live.
Do you listen to yourself talk or in this case type?

My thoughts exactly. Rape is inexcusable nigga and them being drunk or this shyt being a mistake just doesn't cut it. With that said, yes them niggas deserve every bit of the ruling.

Why resort to rape when you can find a chick that's willing to do it all willingly? :mindblown:
