Guur Ayuuto

Postby Minneapolis Mayor » Wed Apr 03, 2013 1:05 pm

I am thinking about starting ayuuto/hagbad with punch of Single Friends so that each of us can get married when he takes the Ayuuto. It will be about $500 a month and we are 15 guys for 30 months . We need $15000 for each person. We can have one guy get married every 2 months. That would be like 30/12= 2 1/2 yrs. It isn't that bad. Within 2 1/2 yrs, All of us would be married. Each of us can cash his own wedding with the $15000. deposit for the appartment, furniture, aroos, gabaati etc.

Sounds like a good plan wallaahi. Anyone of you want to join us? The creteria for joining is, You must have a job, be single guy and bring Someone that is going to assure you in case you run bankrupt or refused to pay. If you die or become totally unresponsive, you are forgiven. If you become handicapped but still gets money from the state, you pay.

PM me your name and Number if you are interested.

How does risk for ayuuto get handled in the west? Do you join into these schemes by signing a contract or is it purely based on trust? Do you conduct a background and credit check on applicants? btw, shouldn't a key criteria be you've a sweetheart ready and waiting in the wings?

It's based on trust, personally i'm not a big fan of it.It's better to save ur money in a saving account.Maanta o dhan dad iska dabo orda waa buuq socda. The good thing with hagbad is if you need fast cash it's interest free.

You don't have to have a girl ready. If you don't have a girl at the moment, you just go to the end of the line. There are those who are ready now, those who would be ready after 6 months etc. Like myself, I just met my girl In February and not planning to get married before at least 6 months. I am gonna let couple of guys go a head of me.

15K is more than enough... U can do a small reception party and buy furniture for the crib. Plus if u use it wisely have money left over a nice honeymoon.

I personally think its stupid to spend so much on one day but everyones diff.

Do Ayuuto/Hagbad/Shalongo with your hooyos/aabo's friends, never ever join ayuuto with ppl u don't know, unless you're trynna get hustled as Warsheekh mentioned. :whew:

Hall rent:$1500-2000
Decoration:$1000
Food:$2000
Furniture:$3000-$5000
First month rent plus deposit: House:$2500:Apartment:$1600
Sooryo:??
Etc...

I'd rather marry xaliimos like this one from back home as little as $2000 depending on if shes from a very well known family.
