We need to support men like this guy I really enjoyed his speech, at times he got emotional and you can tell he's sincere. Very humble man.

His sincerity is what in all likelihood will preclude him of ever becoming a president in Puntland. It is said with a good reason a leader is a reflection of his society, and there is a zero chance of mooryaans electing an honest, decent man as their leader. No, It is not gonna happen, not in a million years.

barbarossa,

Who are the mooryaans you speak of? We're talking about Puntland here where there's a legitimate government set up by the locals. There will be elections held soon and the people are free to choose who they vote for.

In my book all today's Somalis, without exception, from Raskambooni to Rascasayr are mooryaans. As for the upcoming 'free and fair' election in Puntland, good luck with that.

There's nothing I hate more than a pessimist. Carry on good sir.
