Mac---Yeah I see, but secular system is a powerful social system I acknowledge its advantages, but them same principles are found in Islam.
sorry you find the core of my argument illegitimate, but that’s the best form of logicality I know…Islam is the True religion, and when compared to other ‘religions’ its incomparable.
Your using the shadow of other religions in the past to undermine a Islamic state…
Islam is not merely an abstract idea conceived just for nominal adoration or a stagnant idol to be frequented by admirers every now & again, I will put it simple it is a ‘code of life’…
So far all a secular society has done is demoralizing us, have you seen the rate at which weird cults are growing, a sign of a society yawning for some form of solid system, individualism and relativism has been fused in ppl’s minds….
Some even argue that this is system is taking the same position as religion, forcing its own norms and values on ppl, the ‘religion’ atheism’ is fused in our mentality…so tell me what makes it different from religion…

Again, you are ignoring the fact that MOST of the worlds populations enjoy faiths other than yours. You simply discount them as illegitimate. But the adherents to those faiths do not. Your approach is a guaranteed recipe for endless political violence.

Again go back to my original exmaple. If you as a Muslim were living in a "Christian State" or how about a "Bhudist State" where your children were required to pray to a Bhudda statue each day. How would you feel about that? You can not ignore the fact that at least 3/4 of the world is not Muslim and dismiss their views as illegitimate. Not when constructing political systems. For theocratic arguments, that's fine. But when it comes to governance which rules all people, their views have to have equal footing with yours. If you dismiss their views as simply illegitimate, they will rebel.

I ignored your example before because an Islamic state would exist where the MAJORITY are Muslim.
Other wise I quote you ‘guaranteed recipe for endless political violence’, simply ppl’s frame of mind is not right…But give it time and it would spread around the world…take part in the process of Globalisation...Lol

So, using your rationale, were Muslims are in the minority imposition of other state sponsored religions is OK right? Ergo, in Thailand, were the vast majority of people are Bhudist, establishing Bhudism as the state religion is fine with you. In your ideal, minorities have to live under the tyranny of the majority.

It seems to me you want everyone else to have a secular state where Muslims can be "equals" but you want places where Muslims have a majority to be able to impose Shari'a and have an Islamic state where non-Muslims are not equals. That is hypocritical don't you think?

Lool true I do sound like hypocrite if you put it that way. But you misunderstood, all I ment is other religions shouldn’t rule only Islam, if that can’t happen leave it secular not for the sake of Muslims but for every1’s sake.
But I want the world to have an Islamic state, but it would not work for the obvious reason, so impose the Islamic state to ppl who can accept it. Let the rest of the world do as they like, as long as Muslims are give the opportunity to have a pure Islamic state, where they practise Islam as it was intended.

Well you have that now. Saudi Arabia is as close as you can get on this earth to a true Islamic state. No doubt about it.
