I wish we could get two things clear in this Jubbaland fiasco:

1: The current D/clans need to know SFG is not their enemy, kenya/ethiopia/WILL NOT play any roles in the formation and the inclusive SFG is superior to the state government. Stop reducing the government to the president clan, we have no room for further division of the country.

2. The H/block of Mogadishu who appose the state based on qabiil are just fooling themselves, whatever the outcome is, it will always be lead by the majority.

Waryaa,
I can't open the link. The reason why it is the debate of the century is that leaders in Muqdisho are failing miserably in their mandates, so they need to find attention diversion policies.
1. Security problems
2. Corruption; even worse than the previous admins...The UN report will be out in weeks and according to that, corruption is getting worse
3. Infighting of the government; over 90 MPs brought a motion to fire the PM
4. Constant rape of the IDP civilians
5. Somaliland, Puntland, Khaatumo, Jubaland and even Galmudug are against this government's failing politics
6. So-called government troops on which the world has spent millions of dollars are no where to be found
7. Ugandan general is the main man in Muqdisho and nothing can be done without his permission; general Andrew Gutti.

The reason why they are obsessed with Jubaland is that the so-called weak and useless Federal Government doesn't want to see people doing good: minding their own business and getting along.
:blessed:

advo, somali clan politics is way too complicated. I took let's wait and see route. Even if one side succeeds who knows how long they will hold on to it? Kismayo has been like a revolving door for so many years.

guhad, me2. I think they removed it.
The debaters were a guy claiming to be the rightful president approved my Mogadishu and a shababi kaaba qabil. It was hilarious.

I hope they put it back. It went from sour to calling each other murtid :)

I don't know reality on the ground but I have observed a strange obsession on every social networking sites, forums, paltalk, keymedia, even fadhi ku dirir. I believe beesha Hblock believe everything south of galgacyo belongs to them, this fear is also used by certain folks to reduce the whole government into a qabiil organization. Two sides of the same coin who's agendas rely on one another.

It's :demonic:

Waryaa, I know bro and very unpredictable too  u don't know which way the tol tide will turn, but when it does u better have ur board to surf the wave.

The thing I can't digest is that Somalia (our country) is much smaller than Texas and has about the population of tiny Virginia, we are homogeneous in every aspect and yet we are fragmented beyond repair and can't get along - I ask my myself "what's wrong with my people?

what is wrong with us?

Most ppl in Xamar dont care about Merca or Afgoye. They are lucky if they show interest in what goes down in the neighbouring districts.

Women, Football, women, fish, cars, clothes, & stacking paper are the things Mogadishans obsess over.

Lol Mr. Irir, somalee, ramlag etc are fictitious characters that have no history beyond the civil war, they did serve their interest tho, btw Ismaciil Jaberti nor Issaq were arabs, they were as skinny nomads as any other skinny nomads. The arab fake lineages were probably introduced by sufi travelers who wanted closer ties to the prophet.

Waryaa, lol, I believe if all Somalis came under one supreme leader a century before being colonized through wars, politics, alliance and so on, we would not have been in this situation.

bro how can you just sit there and let your ancestor be insulted so badly, even DNA tests can't 100% prove Abdulrahman bin Jaberti never existed yet she is calling for the eviction of his sons with no remorse this is the core mentality of USC.

Advo you need to sit down and agree with your kin (even on this thread) whether or not you are Arab. Until then remain in Yemen "akhi". I hear the weather is nice over there.
