Analysis

President hassan sheekh has incorporated ASWJ administration and army into the govt they also received 1000 forces a month ago.
last week another 1000 forces have been made ready in al jazira, the officer in-charge said they are heading to the places that have administration in gobolada although not mentioned wich gobol.

The govt is securing the borders and the ethiopians are losing this area besides hiiraan(south-central) which mostly depends on jibouti. bay has an amisom and no ethiopians, they are in bakool and gedo. The strategic plan will reach soon in all these areas and provinces that were previosly receiving the ethiopian support.

all these central powers north of hiiraan will form a strong joint administration
This map is a year ago.

Last I remember this Qeybdiid guy who's the mayor of a little village was causing a big rucous because Saacid told Him You do not fulfill the requirements of a Federal State. Looks like He finally gave up.

Sahal,

Where will Hiiraan join, or will they just have a provincial admin?

The central meeting is not about federalism, its for political settlement just like the jubooyinka conference in xamar.

As for hiiraan, they reached this stage. 8 clans in one one administration with 11 members. 3 hawadle, 2 gaaljecel and the rest each for one. Governor hawadle, deputy gugundhabe, mayor udeejeen.

Doesn't a political settlement include maamul?

That is what these elites are bargaining between them; central maamul.

You can't talk about federalism before dibuheshiisiin.

Sahal,

I think people use the word 'dhib u heshisiin' too much. There's nobody who is at war, that's why many people get frusturated with the Gov. Whats needed is a Xal not reconciliation.
