If you do not have the money to marry a woman right away, Its not permissible to talk to or flirt with her. What else could you be looking for if you do not have the means to marry her? Zina? Touching her? Lying to her? there is no halaal reason to talk to her.
That is exactly what I am going to do. I am not gonna talk to a woman untill I clear my Debts ( $17,000) and Save another 10,000 for the Nikaax and aqal. That would push it back to 2016-2017. I will be 37-38 years which is not that bad.
