First of all Jazeera is just a name. it´s not located in Jazeera beach area as it´s 12 km from Mogadishu, its located in Wadajir district 3 km south of the airport, marka wili gobolka Banaadir ayaa lagu jiraa. Mida kale there is enough land everywhere, what is the worry ? Don´t you trust your adeer Tarzan ? Would you not like this project to be happening ?What am really curious about is how did they acquire 73 acres and from whom because every single Goof in Jaziira is owned the exception being the Government Military Barracks and Jaziira is not going to governed from Wadajir which is probably one of the safest parts of the city.
Maybe you have not been to Xamar in a while but Wadajir formely known as Medina with Dharkanley are on the end of the city and beyond them you leave the Borders of the City. The Jazeera that article you posted is referring to the actual Jaziira because there is no land as big as 73 acres that is empty any where near 3 kilometers south of Wadajir. Just by the Palm tress in the renderings and how they are marketing the project is proof their main Target is the Jaziira beach and its surroundings and as i mentioned earlier all that land is owned by people. Maybe there is something we dont know but 73c acres is not a jokeFirst of all Jazeera is just a name. it´s not located in Jazeera beach area as it´s 12 km from Mogadishu, its located in Wadajir district 3 km south of the airport, marka wili gobolka Banaadir ayaa lagu jiraa. Building a whole neighbourhood from scartch in a country just exiting a Civil War is no easy task. Last but not least i actually expect one day Afgooye and Balcad to also end up just as suburbs of Xamar if this growth keeps going.
I don´t know and i don´t care. They are there for investment with their Hawiye colleagues. Are the three white guys south Africans?
