these kind of projects are you buy the property before its constructed and you buy it cheaper now then when it is finished.

no no, just saying they have legitimacy. if they say they are doing it, i believe them. this isn't north america where you pay a down payment before hand. that doesn't fly with somalis. they buy a finished product.
