The conservative Business Insider says its the Black Market and I recently became a conservative. I think its a matter of ideology in regards to what terminology is used. Lefties will call it informal while the conservatives will call it the black market

The second moon is a space rock orbiting the Earth at any time. They are not always the same rock but rather an ever changing cast of temporary moons. The Earth had a permanent second moon millions of years ago but it was destroyed in a collision
