obstacles to progress: somalias clan fault lines

Postby sahal80 » Tue Jul 23, 2013 3:16 pm

Best article ever for abukar arman will post it soon.
Somalias post transition government will face a complex of challenges
The article shows how somalia is murbled with clan fault lines, exposes the forieng mercenaies such as the saracen who manages the well-trained armies and pays them...mostly in the airport, NOGs, etheopia and kenya are behind these clan divisions.

Notice the term south central somalia that is from galkacyo to kismayo where mogadisho fully controls or should but lately baydhabo was added into the list during the new deal delegations visit...for a clan considerations. Anyways they deserve it just like garoowe.

The new govt doesnt allow to a non humanitarian visits in the south central somalia. Atleast no more focking alhlu bun. I wonder who involved these in the politics? Also any warlord from galkacyo to kismayo will not be accepted.

All this is good, but what Somalia needs is a multinational force to be deployed in kismayo and the Kenyan force to be placed somewhere else far from the port and airport! ;)

Individual, minister fiqi has said today they have a plan to establish strong national army and there will be no need for all amisom.

The army will be enough for this soon with the new deal money wich will go directly to the govt. Its better than the london conference bec that money was shared with amisom they will get nothing in this.
