pay raise for army soldiers from $100 to $160

This is the first big step so far...give the army their rights and they will not... inshallah next time it will be $200. This govt is the first to pay for all the army forces out of banaadir such as middle shabeele, lower shabeele, hiiraan, bay&bakool and gedo just from its national revenue as they havent received yet the international money but things will soon totally change for the army after it arrives.

The somali president has lately visited villa baydhabo wich was full of army commanders he said to them putting them in an awkward situation: from this day, if a soldeir fails, he will not be brought to a military court, his commander will take the responsibility for his faults! so if any one of you is not ready for this he can resign now!

Dis is shame da ex cleaner defense minister needs to be sacked, so far da SfG don't even have 10,000 troops all r unarmed weak , no bases , no proper training, some r ex shababs, no wonder thy rape girls on der break times n off hours cus 160 aint enuuf even for rent in xamar

Yeah, though, it was a proper usage even without being preceded by a vowel it is still a noun form/jomla ismiya, just like the wage increase, salary increase...fal maqsoudu howa the pay was raised wich has now a verb form or jomla ficliya. Hadaa allahu aclam.
