Okay if your brother or sister has crossed you can stay angry at them up 3 days. after that you must restore relations. This is what i was taught in dhugsy. here are some websites who have the actual hadith. if however you angry at a fellow muslim because of his/her sinning despite you warning of this sin and where it could lead them (hell) they continue you can remain angry at them. however if they stop you cant continue being angry at them. after all, they make towba to allah and not you.

sometimes they apologize by text first just to see how you are going to react or if your ready to listen. then afterwards they'll apologize in person. then the hugs and kisses, the highfives and small talks with the giggles usually follows. ooh i havent had that in a loooooong time.
