About time this was finalized, both sides compromised towards the end. This period of 2 years will give the Jubbaland region time to focus on rebuilding basic state institutions, infrastructure and bringing economic stability and development.

A much longer drawn out conflict that could have escalated to more armed conflict was averted. This paves the way for a peaceful Federal Somalia. :wow:

I though you guys have already dropped the use of Jubaland when talking about the new Juba and Gado admin!
