Truth be told both pl and sl have excellent working education system for a 3 world country.
The mugadisho administration is way behind pl and sl and is now trying to catch up with this new initiative..

This program doesn't extend to southern towns such as Kismaayo, Baidoa etc but to Somaliland which considers itself not part of Somalia, and Puntland which is committing blatant mutiny.

Well I'm sure many places in Somaliland and Puntland could do with more free schools that provide better facilities, training for teachers etc. So this title is not all that misleading.

Cherine.. garowe and hargeysa are outside the influence of the mugadisho administration..I can't speak for hargeeysa but we in garowe can handle our business and don't need anything from the mugadisho administration.
