No it isn't. Notice she said "infrastructure." Our infrastructure is far superior to that of the U.S In terms of cost of living and value for dollar, or especially military superiority, America is better. The only drawback is you have to live there.

Why are canadians immigrating to america in massive numbers then? Just come to northern new england and you will be surprised by the number of french canadians who have taken up residence there. Killafornia has bigger economy than canada.

Like I said, cheaper cost of living. American employers are also willing to pay higher salaries to Canadian educated employees. But if you do your research, you'll find that many of those same Canadians are migrating back, because they're finding the grass isn't always greener. As for Quebecer's, they've been migrating back & forth between Quebec and Vermont for centuries. Just look at the amount of French surnames in Northern New England. And Quebec has almost zero economy to speak of, so they'd migrate to hell if it payed well.
