This is what he reported on the Tuesday October the 1st. Spreading false rumours from Puntlandi sources abt the Governor of Shebelle, alleging that the governor sought asylum in Belgium.
News are saying that the governor of lower shabeele is now seeking asylum in europe, he was one of the governors who attended the brussels conference

The guy had no power he said many times he will resign. :D
