Here it goes..
I still remember the old days....I plan ahead 5 days ago before the job fair. I bought posters, wrote about my company name, And that we are looking 50 young talented students that will gear up their career in our company. All those things job fair stuff, I wrote in my poster. I came the place on time. No one knows me in the room so far. I got a chair. that day I dressed very professional, I wear nice suit. I cut my hair to small... Remember I am very easy going interviewer. So no one ever suspect this guy is Saciid Afisoone and he is the one who was looking job desperately.
Anyway they come to me and I did not want them to get any information from them because it will be illegal. I ask them what shifts are you looking? They mostly say first shift. I respond we have first shift but we are looking bachelor degree for that shift. I knew the college is two year program, so they left.... This innocent lady come to me. She told me all her experience and the skill she will bring to our company and I was seriously listening her for almost 20 minutes and I still reject to offer her a job because I did not have any job to offer. Finally my instructor come to room and saw me doing this stuff. Everything went South.... I was suspended two days and I was warn not to do jokes like that......
