Yusur,Saacid,xassan & the international community

Postby zingii » Fri Nov 15, 2013 5:53 pm

Could this fiasco regarding the president's request to have the prime minister resign be traced dpwm to YUSAR's resignation from the central bank?

Could it be said that the president and his group want to use saacid's resignation (if he resigns that is) as a scape goat.
The timing makes it more than just a coincidence when you really really really look at the matter with keen eye.

The IC is not doing an open pressure on them bc they respect that this govt is a perminent govt

However, they will welcome the outcome and the propaganda of the pm being a useless

This is a somali process so my analysis is that saacid will be ousted through a motion

According to some sources the resignation of his cabinets and the motion should have been done before the weekend but some sulux group have come up with a suggestion that says to give the pm the same money they attend to spend it on the mps at the same it will save the pms money, the presidents group only waits this but now I'm reading that the pms wife has strongly rejected it

There is a battle and a war, hassan sheekh will win the batttle againist saacid just like abdullahi yusuf won it againist geedi but the war will be with his next pm, this may oust hassan sheekh just like abdullahi yusuf in his war againist nuur cade.

At the moment hassan sheekh is taking advantage of the new deal and the supposed reformation besides saacid is unknown to the IC bc he has never been outside, at some point, when the president was away, it was the defence minister who would even receive them instead of the pm!!

sahal theres no permanent govt..... they dropped the word 'transitional' to look real but the reality is different

only when a functioning state and its govt that controls all its territory under a permanent, referendum ratified constitution then it will be permanent

I think the president and his group are trying to pull a fast one in order to give the international community a perception that is non existent. the Prime Minister's resignation could serve them very well when it comes to dealing with the donor nations in regards to the scandal the former central bank CEO Yusur brought forth against the President and his close friends.

exactly.

In a meeting with farah abdulqadir he talked about three reasons of why they couldn't change in their first year, one of them was: being disappointed because this "post transitional" concept has led them into many african regional and somali local clashes and was behinds their early NOS and is waalwaal.

Because of the security situation they are still dependent and need to look after, however, they own every process and only them are representing the FSG. Permanent is just a name of respect.

Sahal I like Your analysis. I also do not think Saacid has anywhere near a chance against Xassan Sh. However one thing I do know for a fact is this: Shirdon will go, and His replacement will be qof culus Who will take their full PM mandate. Xassan Sh will either have to accept being in the backround behind the new independent PM or He will lose His Presidency as a spoiler/troublemaker the way Abdullahi Yusuf lost His to Nuur Cadde.

Murax

Abdullahi yusuf case is different, ethiopia and the IC were behind the policy of reconciliation with sharif because it will divide the moqawama by installing a native guy, this policy was done before in afghaninstan with hamid kharazi who hails from bashtu just like taliban as kabul is a bashtu city

Shaah mascoud who was a popular leader was leading the allies army againist taliban but he was killed by arabs who was working for america, he was a sunni farisi/persian. These two clans control the most important parties of afghanistan.

The same way, in somalia the president will stay among the current clan until al shabaab are no more, maybe that why they are not getting rid of them

Now what I meant is its not good for hassan sheekh to confront two pms so as long saacid was in the govt it was going to serve him

He has some papers like the oil contracts, reconciliation, and the northern card, these could take him to the ends.

Saacid had no initiatives, he should have supported the kismayo conference, this would have been accepted by the IC and his larger clan.

Sahal,

The point I was essentially making is Xassan Sh will defeat Saacid but will
Come out signifigantly weaker after this. The next PM will take their full mandate and if the President interferes he will be branded a spoiler.

Depends on his relations not just being independent otherwise he will resign by himself

I said to you they won't let him to have chance

Still hassan sheekh is the elected leader and the owner of the govt in the eyes of the west so he must impliment his policies

However, its a bad thing for him to clash with two pms, the next one and him may go together if the parliament rejects to give the approval to his third pm.

If the next pm is from gedo he will be different education-wise like some guy they use to interest in him months ago, he is pro warsame but bc he doesn't call them they forgot about him. I think he had bad experiance before during nur cadde time where he got promised to be a minister of planning but after he left his universities for xamar...

This time they want a very educated people as farah abdulqadir stated it.

Awoowe, for now the whole SFG is just a maqaar saar. Beel weynta D block needs to focus on the real task which is making strong local states, and rest will flow.

Individuals leaders will come and go, but the local states stays.
