Re: Government troops fought over a checkpoint

There was a particular battle that Murusade surrendered and gave their weapons to Aidid that same hour. Everyone knows this. I'm not saying Murusade surrendered the entire duration of the war but they did surrender at that particular battle between both clans which created that Kuwait nickname. It wasn't a retreat. Like I said, no point in lying. All clans win some and lose some. No shame in it. Do you agree though that the Kuwaiti nickname refers to the battle or are you going to agree with Somali-Transporter that refers to the clan's riches? Because everyone knows how this term was coined so you denying it would show your credibility lol

Then ask some of those elders who was there they will tell? My version is correct here! and i'm not being biased... no disrespect

How can a whole clan surrender in less than a hour. In a battle if things don't go your way you retreat regroup and counter attack
with possibilities of some being caught as POW's

Here is Murusade helping Aideed repulse Barre

Of course the various subclans helped each other out during the USC days. I'm talking about after when they got rid of Barre and then forced the Darod into Kenya. That is when the warlords starting to fight amongst themselves and sub clans (and sub sub clans, and even further) were fighting for control of Mogadishu. I don't know how that book is relevant to what we were discussing. It happened years prior to the Hawiye wars

So what can you tell me about the Kuwait reference? What does it refer to?

The day I'm scared of Dir is the same day hell freezes over. There is no such thing as "Irir" either. It was created for Isaaq but now irrelevant Dirs seem so attached to it. Gtfo. Inter-Hawiye battles have nothing to do with you or your nasty friend. Go and talk about being bullied by Isaaqs in waqooyi.

Why would a Murusade need to prove himself to a Dir? That's degrading in itself alone.

I didn't say that was the end of the fighting. I specifically referrrd to this particular battle. I specifically made it clear for you. I know there were more battles. So what does Kuwait itself refer to? It has a deeper message than just a victory in a particular battle. You're beating around the bush. Will you finally agree with me that Kuwait refers to the timing of that particular battle's victory of the other clan? That it refers to how fast Murusade surrendered in that particular battle?
