-harti and absame will break ties. kabalaxism officially dies due to raskamboni's political immaturity
-joint kenya-ethiopia task force will take over jubaland
- barre huraale will join sharif sakin's camp in favor of a six-region unity
- faroole will be re-elected in puntland
- abdiweli the new prime minister will be fired/resign

2014 will pretty much the same as the preceding five years.
Govt will wave it's begging bowl.
Corruption will be endemic.
No political progress.
Zero territorial sovereignty.
Al Shabaab undefeated.
Last but not least.....Hassan Sheikh will keep smiling through it all. :D
