Will your condition get better if perhaps you prepared your own food? I understand OCD (wiswis) is very difficult to live with, but in the long run, your disorder, coupled with your low weight may lead to serious medical complications.

with my limitation in term of cooking....i make may borish .lol. that is all what i know to cook, i mean i microwave it. the 1 min boorish thing? you know what im talking about. i hate fruits and vegi. im just typical Somali nomad who hates meat too. wheat wan ko nolan kara.

San nolool ma'ahan ee sida cuntada lokariyo baro, at least few dishes to bring good nutrition. The reason you can't eat anything besides wheat is also due to your disorder, you need to see a therapist to help you overcome that.
