Apparently there is 14,000 Jaarso families in Hargeisa and they have their own elders.

There is a significant populations of Akisho, Gurgure(Dir) and Madigaan (Dir) in Gabiley. During the local elections in 2012 each of those clans
had 1 MP in Gabiley.

They are already neutralized Somalilanders.

SOME Akiso and Gurgure and all of Madigaan(Dir) live amongst the Sacad
Muuse and have lived amongst us for at least a 100 years...it's common knowledge
There are even Gurgure, Akisho elders in the Guurti  :sland:

There however 100s of thousands more in Itoobiya
in Jigjiga and areas north of it and in Dir dhaba who'll make
their way to Hargeisa Cadey over the next 10-20 years.

There are already many in Hargeisa ...we must find a way to deal with them
rather than busing them and dumping them at the border, they are Somalis after all  :sland:

What I find odd is Gadabursi failed to have one single MP in Gabiley region were's those groups managed
to muster enough numbers to get MPs. I use to know this Madigaan(Dir) girl she use to say she is Cisse.

Dir immigration to somaliland would be an advantage, the more our economy expands the more it will be attractive and we cannot stop them. I would go far and say all somalis should be welcome and naturalised .
Its better for the economy.

I think it's because Gadabursi tend to inhabit the northern areas of Gabiley district
which is sparsely populated compared to the heavily populated areas in Central and South
Gabiley District

Only the subclans of Gurgure, Akisho and Madigaan that live in Somaliland should get citizenship because most of these clans actually live inside Ethiopia.

No thanks. I'd prefer to build a giant wall against these walaweynians. Only SL clans who live in the Hawd should be allowed. Even then, they should be limited and told to protect their lands against xabashis and their servants.

Stop thinking like your in the Marfish.

Open doors immigration policy is the reason why USA is no.1 today, bing melting pot (assimilation included)
Rahanweyn in Somalia is doing wonders for the local economies. Who do you think built UAE ?
Let me tell you bright spark Somali lands will always have a open doors policy have you ever heard of Nomads ?
