How do you know a lot about sugar? You're supposed to know only about school, bullying, girls, teenage life, etc.you cant. You can eat a moderate amount of complex sugars.

i read an article. it said that complex sugars are large molecules (and natural), so the bloodstream's sugar levels increase at a steady rate , because it takes some time to break them down.How do you know a lot about sugar?
