$7.99 a month is a robbery. What good is Netflix if the classics aren't on there? Seinfeld and the Simpsons will still be popular 50 years from now and still rake in billions per year from syndication. Will Netflix still not carry them? Plus the selection is not even good and you have to wait forever for new episodes and entire seasons. All they carry are movies like Vanilla Sky
Whereas, you have absolutely everything on the internet through streaming for free and new stuff is posted within minutes of it airing on TV.
Netflix is the Starbucks of entertainment. Overpriced by $7.99, unnecessary, doesn't deliver and is just a feel good service. Its all psychological. Starbucks charges $6 for a coffee that isn't anywhere as close in quality and taste as the coffee and muffin sold at the 7/11 or some gas statiom for 99 cents. This is what Netflix is. I'm sure the majority of its employees are working for the marketing department
