LJ saaxib; I was woken at 2 am by a drunk woman. She was funny though. I asked her what she wanted; she told me that life sucks even you make the bottle your friend.

When she left, I thought about what she said; and I found myself having the blues.

Cold-brewed green tea is delish and far more detoxifying and rich in antioxidants than hot tea. Brew with some citrus fruits over night or few hours and you will be an addict. It can be great substitute for coffee too not that I'll ever entertain that idea..ever!

Thanks. I drink c:a 2 litres of coffee daily. I drink a cup of tea in the morning.

When I wake up, I start my day with a cup of Lipton tea.

Breakfast; a big cup of coffee with milk and sugar

Then, I have 6-7 cups of coffee (large cups) without sugar and milk.

I don't drink coffee after 16.

Hopefully you're drinking 2cups of water for every cup of coffee to prevent dehydration if so, you're good to go.
