Do you ever experience the illusion of feeling better after taking some medicine? The placebo effect of it working?

u know that they have Jane Austen in Africa too? I cant imagine myself being a Liberian girl, Liberians are the dumbest Africans there is. Say, Ethiopian or Kenyan, I would still have Jane Austen and have morals enough not to get Aids.
