Promotion

My boss told me I am arrogant as fuck, I don't listen, talk back and interrupt all the time, I come late, I am rude to colleagues and I don't do enough work, I take long breaks and I am inpatient.

But guess what, I'm likely to get a promotion because I am charming and apparently also very well spoken professional who is good image for the company and heck even the big fish in the company seems to like me as they send me emails recognizing my work, something that has never happened to any of my colleagues.

I think it is affirmative action, but I am not sure as I am certainly not the only black or minority person working here.
