Khalid if oil was found in puntland and other parts of Somalia and the only way sland could get a piece was if it stopped pursuing recogntion and became a federal state, would you guys do it? Hypothetically speaking which one would you guys choose?

Imagine if Oil was found in Somaliland why on earth would i want to share that with you or another person from Somalia. let me put this to you if oil was found in Ogadenia and the Xabashis allow you to have an autonomy state with in Ethiopia a special arrangement would u stop fighting other Ethiopians and accept a deal.

technically your still part of Somalia, as long as your not recogniced any oil found any region in northern somalia (somaliland) the money from that oil will be shared all somaliya. thats for sure.

There are large deposits of oil in somaliland, puntland, jubbaland, gobollada dhexe etc..I was working with the oil company last year in somaliland (Genel, who contracted the seismic work to Tesla) and there was oil seeping out of oodweyne. It was the same seismic company doing work in puntland. I asked them why they left puntland and they told me after the first well was unsuccessful we wanted to start on other sites but were forced out due to political reasons. Apparently in taleex alone there is more oil then all the wells in Yemen (according to a video I watched on youtube). There's enough oil to go around
