Issuing voting cards to Puntlanders in Ethiopia

The coming 2016 elections are vital.
Considering that many Puntlanders live across the border in Ethiopia, Puntland should start issuing IDs to all 300,000 native Puntlanders who inhabit Ethiopia. They should be treated like a diaspora. The Leelkase, MJ, and Dhulbahante in Ethiopia deserve representation, and the right to participate in their home country :clap:
What do you guys think?? can this work??

Yeah we can register all of them in Nugaal and make that gobol have a population of half a million :lol:

They don't actually have to physically move, we can go to them in Ethiopia and have them registered there. It is better for them to stay in Ethiopia, and develop their region. want them to be on the voter rolls, and to then bus them to the voting booths come election time. :up:
