Osob1/Marques,

Nothing hypocritical but I'm a realist. Puntland Has been living in peace, and building Northern Gaalkacyo, Golgodob for 20 years under a real maamul. It is impractical and buffoonery to try to take away the fruits of their labour and be managed by a Qeybdiid or someone like that who 20 years later has not been able to even unite His clan. Puntland Has been doing well as a Darood State, and it must remain that way because that is a part of their fabric. Not being clannist, but I live in reality.
You Live in reality? Just come out and say your after the interest of your Clan. For all i care all of Mudug can join Puntland but you my friend are the epitome of hypocrisy. You wanted a Federal Somalia and once supported the two or more gobol state rule and now here you are flip flopping because it hit close to home.
Naceeb aad iljeex uqabtiid halkaas buu maraa inaad dulkood dhabayaco siisiid smh!
meel naga fadhiiso Iljeex can hold their ground where ever the join.

Murax

So basically your admitting you flip flopped. i can bring forth your argument against the less than two provinces no federal state you use to say prior to this. Than what is going to stop from Xamar becoming its own federal state or even Khatumo becoming a Federal state? Somalis first need to grasp what a Federation of states are than we can talk about setting up a federal system.

From what I'm hearing, Hawiye is adamant on obtaining 3 federal states. The practicality argument for the 1 and a half region Galmudug federal state will be used as a precedent to circumvent the limitations of the constitution for the two remaining federal states.

If this is true, it explains why Hawiye mps left their regions un-federalized till now

^ Seems to be working so far. Caqli hutu you say, not quite sure as to how Prime Minister Stone Cold Steve Austin fits into that.

By the way, the "lix saac" idiom...I take it that's an insult right, because I honestly don't know what it means

Khiyaano always backfires but it seems they haven't learnt their lesson the past 2 decades so let them wallow in their own shit. Just treat them like the ratchet reality show they are and watch them burn Mogadishu again, from a safe distance.

Well 6 saac to you means 6 am so I guess you'd have a different way of understanding it

This is not up for dicussion, HG will get all of Mudug and Galgaduud, it's capital will be a united Galkayo, the federal capital of central state.

The UN, Nicholas Kay, Somali and US government have welcome it.

Or do Daroods think that Hawiye's have no right in a Federal Somalia and that Galkayo will remain divided.

But the Daroods will get everything they want.

and where does it state that in the constitution or are you going to make up your own rules whenever you like it?
