Nowhere does it state in the constitution that regions that join have to be economically viable. Besides we don't know the economic potentials of the regions in Somalia. The requirement is that 2 or more regions have to join to form a federal state. Now Mudug either joins Puntland (Bari & Nugaal) or it joins Galgaduud.

Federalism has nothing to do with qabil. So I suggest you stop using qabil as a means of drawing a federal state. You dumb idiotic un-intelligent qabil infested narrow-minded uncivilised baboon.

Hawiye have middle shebelle, hiraan, galgadud and half of mudug.
This is maybe enough for at most two federal states.
Even two federal states dont make sense because Hawiye land is contiguous unlike Darood.
The logical thing to do would be to create a single federal state out of these 3 1/2 gobols, but they want to keep up with Darood
