Getting about SL from Hargeisa

How can you get about SL without driving? What bus routes are their outside Hargeisa? What tour companies are there, that are proper? How much is Scuda Diving in Berbera? Etc. Holiday stuff.

Gonna go soon, and sadly I cant drive and will not have access to a car. But will be around for a while 2 months - till I feel like coming back.

Are the checkpoints strict about licenses? Or just ask for details. I would drive without one, if I can get away with it long distance.

The checkpoints are a joke, in Burco if you don't have a license show them any piece of I.D with your picture on it, my friend's big brother got past a checkpoint with his UK National Insurance Number Card, only because it had his picture on it and the soldier manning the checkpoint was illiterate. If you have nothing to trick the cops with, pay a small free of around 10k-30k in Somaliland Shillings and you'll get past, at least in Burco. Dunno about Hargeisa or Berbera but does Burco cops are corrupt.

every 20 mins though ur journey ur stoped by some random guys by force so that they make u tea.
