i dont think you understand philosophy mate.
but yes you are somewhat correct do to the AIDS( Aquired Intellectual Deficiency Syndrome)i.e Salafism
allot of muslims dont have a clue either, the rich and expansive Islamic culture is lost,
students today cannot understand Al Ghazali or Ibn Rushd.
