Starkast, what are you trying to get at, what accountability? Every nomad and their camel in Somalia is accountable. Xamar is being rebuilt fast, that's all that should matter.

Starkaat you are from puntland concern yourself with stuffs from Puntland. Iam fed up with people from Puntland and Somaliland talking about the affairs of Somalia. Stick to your own countries.

Its none of ur *** business if Xamar is in ruins or not.
