Walaalo Waraabe, its not always qabiyalaad, we can disagree based on merit lol

I see what you mean Prestige. I personally don't think its so ugly when you learn its a mineral in its pure form rather than dirt. It's black crystals that appear grounded, very fine particles and almost smooth. Cameras can't capture the radiance, so that area just looks messy. And the whole beach wasn't like that.

Maydh looks gorgeous. I hope to one day visit there as well, inshaAllah.

They need to build a parking lot so that the people stop driving on the beach with their beat up 4x4s that drip oil.

Nice pics LoveAlways

EvolSyawla I know it is iron ore bits, it is the colour that killed the beach. Also when youths go there they park their cars on the beaches, that messed
it up as well. They have no care for the environment.

Thanks Meth and Yummy

Boo thang lolI have more of those. Unfortunately, not enough. Its sad to know Barre completely destroyed this city. The ruins in most cases are nothing but bombed rubble.

visious Obviously Las Qoray has better looking beaches than Berbera. Sanaag has been blessed with great clean beaches. Sanaagians should
build those towns into large cities while at the sametime protecting the environment.

Even in a topic about a beach you get dooro faggots stirring tribal arguments. smdh

On the the topic, I don't know what that black shit is but I doubt it's to do with car exhausts. Oil drips or car exhausts affect the top layer of the sand. If that much oil is dripping from the cars that drive on the beach, then these guys need to buy new cars. lol Also sand is constantly shifting so most of that black layer would disappear over time anyway. I don't know. If it is minerals, then it cpuld be something we could use. What am I talking about? Somalis have no curiosity.

Apparently, the black sands are due to darker mineral rich sand grains that are smaller but denser than normal sand grains. They are usually in places with high amounts of large waves and storms which dump them on to the beach surface.
