So Imams have no right to reject to pray janaza on the guy.

I disagree. The Somali wadaads have made the right decision of not praying on a known gay. Question; would you mind to be buried next to a known gay?

Does it matter who u r buried next to? U will be skeleton, and soon shrivel to mud and soil. Does it really matter? Its not like when u r buried, u move to a pristine suburbs.

As a mother or sister, I'm sure you wouldn't want to bury your relative in a cemetery where gays are buried.

I don't care where I am buried. Or my family. All land is Alaah's land. ALL humans are Alaah's swt creation. I am grateful where Allaah swt chooses for me to be buried!

بBasra would make deferent if you know you would be alife again once you burried and you even be aware people leaving your grave?

Personally I wouldn't care but scholars say dead people visit each other and ask new dead how he or she left dunya... Etc who married who is doing what! Means will be gossip here after... Lol

Thats some freaky shit! Where the hell did you hear this from? Does it say in the Quran or did the prophet say it? Because I really don't care what some scholars say unless they verify it from the Quran or the prophets teachings.

This case was a huge deal in Seattle. Even the mayor spoke about it as an issue affecting the "Somali", "African-American", and "Gay" communities. The mayor is gay btw.

The Somali guy was said to be talking with the killer whi was planning to kill him. Him and a Black gay friend went to a gay club, and afterwards the Black friend was supposed to be droped off so the Somali guy can meet with the killer.

The killer murdered both the Somali guy and his friend.

The case was huge in the city and the Police Chief and the Mayor were very active on it. The Somalis didn't talk much about it because the deceased being gay.

The killer in my opinion is no Muslim. It annoys me the only thing Muslim about him is the name he took on "Ali Muhammad" giving a false impression. He was a street criminal who even has conviction for child molestation and as we can see killed more people since killing the Somali guy for simple things like phones and stuff. He is the worst kind of fraud using Islam to justify his violent criminal tendencies.
